Carol’s Helping Hand Cleaning Service is a small company with a goal for
Quality cleaning at an affordable price.
The business was established in March 2013 to provide a cleaning service to domestic and business clients that aims to deliver superior cleaning for a realistic price.
We aim to leave the home or workplace clean and hygienic with a healthy balance of acid / alkali (ph. neutral balance). Where possible the use of re-useable microfiber cloths ensures little waste and harm to our environment. (All cloths are cleaned thoroughly after use to avoid cross-contamination of work places).
At Carol’s Helping Hand Cleaning Service we strive to minimise our impact on the environment by using a “Best Practice” policy. This is achieved through the use of environmentally friendly products that provide excellent cleaning results that are friendly on your work, home environment and our staff.
Our principal has a certificate in Cleaning Operations Level III and has a proven record with cleaning:
• Medical Centers
• Offices
• Commercial premises both moderate size and small.
• Small build cleans
• And Residential

COVID POLICY
For
Carol’s Helping Hand Cleaning Service
It is the policy of Carol’s Helping Hand Cleaning Service to give the same care and respect to all clients and their households, regardless of race, age, financial status, or immunization status.
So.. I will be servicing houses that are fully vaccinated, partially vaccinated, and unvaccinated. I will be using universal precautions when I go into houses, sanitizing equipment when packing up to leave and doing as much as is practical to prevent the spread of any virus.
So.. If I am unwell, I will be cancelling cleaning until I am well again.
And.. I would expect my clients to let me know if they are any of their households are unwell. We will cancel that clean and I will do my best to re-schedule at a time suitable to myself and the client, when they are well again.
If anyone finds this policy not in line with their needs, please let me know.
